Good evening everyone. How is your weekend so far? It is already Sunday, and I know that it means that we need to get back to work tomorrow, which is sad. Anyway, I'm gonna share with you tonight what I cooked for dinner. It is just basically mixed veggies (Sari-sari) with beef.
Sautéed mixed veggies are a tasty and healthy way to use up any leftover vegetables you have on hand. This recipe uses a combination of squash, carrots, chayote, and cabbage, but you can use any vegetables you like.
To make this dish prepare your ingredients and heat a large pan over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil. Then, add sliced onion and garlic to the pan and sauté until the onion is translucent. Next, add sliced beef to the pan and cook until it's browned on all sides.
Once the beef is cooked, add the vegetables to the pan and sauté until they are tender. If the vegetables start to stick, you can add a little water to the pan. Once the vegetables are cooked, season them with salt and pepper to taste. You can add other herbs and spices, such as oregano, thyme, or cumin.
Serve the sautéed mixed veggies with the sliced beef on top. This dish can be enjoyed on its own, or with a side of rice or quinoa.
Sautéed mixed veggies are a delicious and healthy meal that's ready in no time. It's a great way to get more vegetables into your diet, and the addition of sliced beef makes it a satisfying and filling dish. Try this recipe the next time you want a tasty and healthy dinner that's ready in no time.
Tara kain :)
