I had a Turkish bread loaf from yesterday and I didn’t want to waste it so I decided to make garlic cheese bread.
It’s a pide I think, a round Turkish bread bought at the bakery, but it wasn’t new anymore. So to make it crunchy again I had to put it in the oven and added some to make it even more nice.
I cut the bread in squares but not the whole way through because you get the pull bread after it was in The oven.
I put cheese in the cutted squares. And I brush the bread with fresh garlic. I used a pink brush, I also used with baking cakes.
I also sprayed some oil on it.
This brown end result was sooo good. The kitchen smelled of garlic and cheese.
It’s quick and when you have old bread this is the way to not let anything go to waste.
