Cómo no pude hacer una rosca el dia de reyes, no se podía pasar por alto el compartir en familia ese día un rico postre.
Y como No tenía algunos ingredientes para la rosca, pero podía hacer otro postre 😋 con lo que tenía.
Since I couldn't make a bagel on Three Kings Day, sharing a delicious dessert with the family that day couldn't be overlooked.
And since I didn't have some ingredients for the bagel, but I could make another dessert 😋 with what I had.
Por lo que saque lo que tenía a la mano y decidí hacer una torta marmoleada, que además es una de la favorita de mi nieto.
So I took out what I had on hand and decided to make a marbled cake, which is also one of my grandson's favorites.
Ingredientes:
- 5 huevos.
- 2 tazas de azúcar.
- 5 tazas de harina.
- 1 taza de aceite.
- 1 1/2 tazas de leche.
- 50gramos de cacao en polvo.
- 1 cucharadita de vinagre.
- 1 pizca de sal
- Vainilla al gusto.
Ingredients:
- 5 eggs.
- 2 cups of sugar.
- 5 cups of flour.
- 1 cup of oil.
- 1 1/2 cups of milk.
- 50 grams of cocoa powder.
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar.
- 1 pinch of salt
- Vanilla to taste.
- Con todos los ingredientes listo. Lo primero que hice fue cernir la harina, le coloque la pizca de sal y un poco de polvo para hornear.
Calenté agua para batir la taza de leche, a la que le coloque la vainilla y la cucharadita de vinagre.
- With all the ingredients ready. The first thing I did was sift the flour, add a pinch of salt and a bit of baking powder.
I heated water to beat the cup of milk, to which I put the vanilla and the teaspoon of vinegar.
- A las torteras le coloque un poco de mantequilla y harina y las metí a la nevera, mientras preparaba la mezcla .
- I put a little butter and flour in the pans and put them in the fridge, while I prepared the mixture.
Ahora comencemos a batir.
Now let's start beating.
- En un bol verti los huevos y comencé a batir, y luego le fue agregando el azúcar y a seguír batiendo.
- In a bowl I poured the eggs and started to beat, and then added the sugar and kept beating.
- Le coloque a mezcla el aceite y a batir se a dicho hasta que la mezcla aclara un poco.
- Add the oil to the mixture and beat accordingly until the mixture clears up a bit.
- Después le fui colocando a la mezcla, alternando la harina y la leche.
- Then I added to the mixture, alternating flour and milk.
- Una vez lista saque las torteras y vacíe parte de la mezcla en ambas torteras. Y en la otra parte de la mezcla le agregué el cacao....y seguí batiendo hasta integrarlo a la mezcla

- Después lo verti en ambas torteras...lo lleve al horno por 45 minutos a 180grados.

- Y así de rápido... bueno no tanto 😃 podemos preparar un rico postre para compartir en familia 😋.
