Good day!
Today, I got to cook for my family (for lunch). I am going to cook an extraordinary and healthy dish that my husband loves. I bought the ingredients of this dish in packs from the market today (I went to the market early in the morning while my husband was still asleep). I am actually not quite expert in cooking this dish that is why (again) I am going to ask my husband how to prepare and cook it. My husband said, do you want the sauce of the dish well-cooked or do you want the appearance of the milk to be very visible? I said, let's try the well-cooked one.
Below are the packs of Chop Suey ingredients that I bought from the market today. They are very cheap.
Ingredients
- Napa Cabbage (about 100 grams)
- Cabbage (about 60 grams)
- Greens beans (about 30 grams)
- Carrots (about 50 grams)
- Chayote (about 60 grams)
- Bell Pepper (about 10 grams)
- Small onion
- 1 clove garlic
- Cooking oil
- Salt
- Evaporated Milk (140 ml)
- Chicken Liver (150 grams)
Preparing the ingredients
I sliced the Napa Cabbage into strips

I also slice the Cabbage into strips

I sliced the green beans diagonally

I also sliced the carrots diagonally

I sliced the Chayote into strips

I sliced the Bell Pepper into strips

I peeled and sliced the onion

I peeled and sliced the garlic

I clean the Chicken Liver
The evaporated milk is on standby
How to cook
1. I sauteed the garlic and onion in a cooking oil
2. I added the chicken liver after sauteing the onion and garlic
3. I added the chayote, carrot, green beans, and bell pepper (as per my husband, because he said that these ingredients takes more time to cook than the cabagges).
4. I added all the evaporated milk, I added salt, then let it boil
5. When the vegetables were about to be cooked I added all the cabbages (napa cabbage, and cabbage) and then I stir it so that they will be evenly cooked
6. When the cabbages are cooked turn off the heat.
7. Turn off the heat put some in a bowl and then serve (This dish can be eaten on its own and partnered with rice)
