Here I am again cooking for my family. In today's blog, I will be showing another very easy, very simple, and quick dish to prepare and cook. The dish is called String Beans Adobo or String Beans in Soy Sauce. This is one of the simplest recipes I learned from my father and mother when I was still young.
Ingredients
- String Beans (150 grams)
- Soy Sauce (5-6 tbsp)
- Cooking Oil
- Onion (small, 1 pc)
- White Viner (1-2 tbsp)
Preparing the ingredients
I just cut the string beans into smaller strings


I just peeled and sliced the onion


The soy sauce
The vinegar
How to cook
1. I sauteed the onion in a cooking oil
2. After sauteing the onion I added the string beans
3. I added some water (about 3 cups)
4. I added the soy sauce
5. I added some white vinegar then I let it boil
6. When the string beans are cooked turn off the heat
7. Put some in a bowl and then serve
