Do you love Eggplant as much as I do?If yes,let me tell you how to cook an eggplant with egg the most easy way as possible.Yes,you read it right! let me tell you,If you love Eggplant,for sure you're gonna love it.

First lets start with the ingredients

What do you actually need in this recipe??

•Eggplant
•Cooking Pan
•Cooking Oil(any type of cooking oil)
•Onion
•Garlic(Optional)
•One egg
•Seasonings
•Sugar(also optional if you like your food with sweetness but not too sweet)

Lets begin with the procedures how you will make a delicious meal out of an eggplant

First,you need to put Oil in the cooking pan,so the food sill not stick in the pan.After the cooking oil heats up you then need to put the onion and the garlic to add taste to your cooking.

Next,after the onion will become golden brown you then proceed to put the eggplant along with the seasoning like salt,sugar and "majic sarap" then put a little bit of water so the eggplant will absorb the water to be able to cook.

After some time,the eggplant will be half cook and it will look like this:

This will be the result after some time.

Then,lets proceed to putting the egg,while the pan is still hot you need to put the egg to be able for it to cook in the hot surface of the pan.

This will be it looks like,the white in there is the egg that I put.

After putting the egg,you need to wait for 5 minutes,it should be in low heat so the eggplant in the pan will not burn.Then, you need to turn off the heat after 5 minutes and you're done!

FINISHED PRODUCT

This is the finish product,along with the rice that I will be eating for my dinner.Since I am living independently alone here in our other house,the rest of the food will be set aside for tomorrow morning.To be honest the meal that I cooked was not bad and it's delicious for sure!You should try it too!
