Hola a veces colaboro en un centro de beneficencia es para los niños de la calle, como saben me agrada hacer de todo, pero cuando se trata de ayudar para que los niños sean felices y tengan un buen pasar ahí estoy yo, mas porque se trata de la cocina, en este caso el de preparar el pan, para el desayuno, almuerzo, merienda y cena, amigos yo en lo personal pienso que al ver una sonrisa de un niño, hacia uno, es como sacarse la lotería o es como llegar a una meta deseada, en pocas palabras es lo mas grande que puede existir en esta tierra, es por todo eso que aquí estoy colaborando, amasando y elaborando el pan de cada día.
La masa es muy fácil prepararla, tenemos la harina, huevo, sal, levadura la cual la disolvemos en un poco de agua tibia y vamos vertiendo de a poco sobre la harina, hasta que quede una masa solida, la tapamos y dejamos que se fermente o se eleve, luego de un rato vamos tomando pedazos de la misma y dándole forma con las manos hasta que se parezca a una flauta o sea un pan estirado, lo hacemos así porque después al cortarlos en rodaja rinde mas.
En las fuentes que los vamos colocando se la llama latas, a esta le pasamos un poco de grasa refinada para que el pan no se pegue, y a medida que vamos elaborando los mismos, los vamos agregando sobre la lata una ves que esta se completa los tapamos con un lienzo para que se eleven o sea queden mas grande, luego colocamos las latas en el horno eléctrico, donde se cocinan.
Como se observa en estas fotos de como se colocan las latas en el interior del horno, el cual tiene como unas guías, donde se desplazan muy bien las mismas, esta hecho a su medida, como en el interior de dicho horno tiene luz porque el mismo es eléctrico, vamos controlando la cocción de dichos panes, que en estos momentos ya están obteniendo un color marrón eso quiere decir que casi están cocinados. luego se sacan las latas, se deja enfriar las mismas, y una ves que se quitan los panes cocinados, se vuelve a utilizar dichas latas, porque la cantidad de pan es bastante abundante.
De esta manera colaboro amigos, a veces la necesidad de otros es en mi caso un compromiso, primero conmigo luego con el prójimo, es buen dar sin esperar algo a cambio, pienso que de esa forma la recompensa será mayor, no es porque lo diga yo si no que es la ley de la vida, hoy por ti mañana por mi.
