Cocoa is a tree from America, its use dates back to the time of the Mayans, Aztecs and Incas, which they used as a food and medicinal product; For them, chocolate was a bitter hot water that was of great benefit to their health, energy and vitality. Its introduction in Europe occurred in the 15th century after the colonization of America. En mi amada Venezuela contamos con la bendición de ser una tierra de gran fertilidad para los alimentos, desde nuestros ancestros y hasta la llegada de los españoles se ha descubierto el gran oro negro como lo llamaban en la antigüedad.
Desde que se juntó el cacao con el azúcar no hubo quien se resistiera a su poderoso sabor y magia que nos hace sentir. El cacao es un árbol procedente de América, su uso se remonta a la época de los mayas, aztecas e incas, lo cuál lo utilizaban como bien alimenticio y medicinal; para ellos el chocolate era un agua caliente amarga que era de gran beneficio para su salud, energía y vitalidad. Su introducción en Europa se da en el siglo XV tras la colonización de América, como mencione anteriormente en Europa descubren la unión del cacao con el azúcar causando una revolución, ya que lo hace más rico, apetecible y placentero al consumirlo.

El cacao se le conocía ancestralmente como el manjar de los dioses, y lo consumían como una bebida; cuenta la historia que al llegar los españoles a tierras aztecas le ofrecieron esta legendaria bebida, pero al momento no les fue de su agrado, de igual modo recibieron los presentes de estas semillas que más adelante se convertiría en su delirio y hasta en una moneda de cambio; cabe destacar que el cacao fue el primer alimento americano que se aceptó y se celebró en Europa.
Al pasar de los años se han realizado investigaciones lo cual han determinado los grandes beneficios del cacao, algo muy interesante es que el cacao ayuda en la producción de endorfinas, lo que produce un mejor estado de ánimo que permite combatir el estrés físico o mental lo cual esto da como resultado un mejor estado de ánimo al consumirlo y este es solo uno de los grandes beneficios que contiene este alimento.

Bueno, ya sin tanto hablar pasemos a la preparación de este rico brownie súper concentrado en aroma, sabor, textura y ricura.
Ingredients: 350 g all-purpose flour 250 gr of sugar 100 gr cocoa 160gr sunflower oil 3 eggs 280 ml liquid milk 100 ml hot water 1 teaspoon of baking soda 2 teaspoon baking powder
Ingredientes:
350 g harina todo uso
250 gr de azúcar
100 gr cacao
160gr aceite de girasol
3 huevos
280 ml leche líquida
100 ml agua caliente
1 cucharita de bicarbonato
2 cucharita de polvo para hornear
