Torta de limón y calabacín
Ingredientes:
-2 tazas de harina de trigo
-1 taza de calabacín rallado (no es necesario que quites la piel, sólo debes lavarlo bien)
-2 huevos
-2 cucharaditas de polvo para hornear
-1 taza 1/3 de azúcar
-2 cucharadas de jugo de limón
-½ cucharadita de sal
-½ taza de aceite vegetal
-½ taza de leche
-Ralladura de un limón
Ingredients:

-1 cup grated zucchini (you don't need to remove the skin, just wash it well)

Glaseado
-1 taza de azúcar impalpable
-2 cucharadas de jugo de limón
-1 cucharada de leche.
Glaze
-1 cup powdered sugar
-2 tablespoons lemon juice
-1 tablespoon of milk.
Vamos con el paso a paso
Paso 1
Incorpora las dos cucharadas de jugo de limón con la leche.
Paso 2
En un recipiente mezclas los dos huevos, las tazas de azúcar y el aceite vegetal, luego agregas la mezcla de leche y limón que hiciste en el paso anterior.
Paso 3
Agrega a la harina el polvo para hornear y la sal para luego ir incorporando poco a poco a la mezcla que hicimos en el paso anterior, no es necesario batir, es suficiente con solo ir mezclando hasta que todo esté bien incorporado. Finalmente añadimos el ingrediente estrella, nuestra taza del calabacín. Mezclamos un poco más y listo.

In a bowl mix the two eggs, the cups of sugar and the vegetable oil, then add the milk and lemon mixture you made in the previous step.
Step 3
Add the baking powder and salt to the flour and then add it little by little to the mixture we made in the previous step, it is not necessary to beat, it is enough to just mix until everything is well incorporated. Finally we add the star ingredient, our cup of zucchini. Mix a little more and that's it.
¡Al horno!
Colocas la mezcla en el molde de tu preferencia, previamente engrasado o con papel vegetal si es necesario para que no se pegue. Llevas al horno por unos 40 o 45 min a una temperatura de 180 grados.

Place the mixture in the mold of your choice, previously greased or with parchment paper if necessary so it doesn't stick. Bake in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Preparación del glaseado
Para culminar, el glaseado es muy sencillo, solo debes fusionar los tres ingredientes, puedes agregar un poco más de leche si deseas una textura más suave. NOTA: Es importante que coloque el glaseado cuando la torta esté fría. Puedes usar trozos de limón para su decoración o incluso otras frutas como arándanos por ejemplo.

To finish, the icing is very simple, you just have to mix the three ingredients, you can add a little more milk if you want a smoother texture. NOTE: It is important to apply the icing when the cake is cold. You can use lemon pieces for decoration or even other fruits such as blueberries for example.
