En el post anterior les comenté que estoy preparando comidas, postres, dulces, pasapalos y otros para complacer el paladar de mis hijos a quienes estoy visitando.
Entre los pasapalos solicitados se encuentra este queso crema bañado con un salsa agridulce de pimentón, es un pasapalo fácil de hacer y que gusta mucho por el contraste y la variedad de sabores y texturas que se conjugan.
Nota, el vinagre que normalmente se usa es el vinagre blanco, en esta oportunidad usé vinagre de jerez que era el que había en la cocina de mi hijo. Lo cual debo reconocer que le dió un toque de sabor más delicado y un color dorado más definido. Te comparto la receta.

Among the snacks requested is this cream cheese topped with a sweet and sour paprika sauce. It's an easy snack to make and is very popular because of the contrast and variety of flavors and textures that come together.
Note: the vinegar normally used is white vinegar, but this time I used sherry vinegar, which was what I had in my son's kitchen. I must admit that it gave it a more delicate flavor and a more defined golden color. Here is the recipe.

1 queso crema de 300gr
1 pimentón rojo
1 taza de azúcar
½ taza de vinagre
1 ½ cucharada de salsa de soja.

1.- Cortar en cuadritos menudos el pimentón hasta completar una taza.
