Hola mis amigos de la comunidad de Foodies Bee Hive, ayer realice una rica carnita tipo pepito, con vegetales es la carne de bisteck picado en tiritas, es muy rico, aqui les dejo la receta:
Ingredientes:
Carne para bisteck
Cebolla
Ajo porro
Tomate
Cebollino
Ajo dulce
Celery
Sal
Preparación:
Picas la carne en tiritas, le colocas suficiente sal y la sofries.
Despues que este bien dorado sacamos la carnita y empezamos a sofreir todos los vegetales.
Y finalmente se incorpora nuevamente la carnita a la sarten para que agarre el gusto de los vegetales y verificamos nuevamente la sal.
