We eat a variety of foods all the time. If that food is nutritious then it will be very beneficial for health. Anyway a few days ago we made vegetable chops as an iftar item in our home. Which is very tasty to eat and nutritious. Today I will share with you how to make this chop. So let's see how to make this chop.
These ingredients are needed to make these vegetable chops
- Any type of vegetable
- Beson
- Oil
- Onion
- Salt
How to make this delicious vegetable chops
First, take any vegetables you need, wash them well in water and clean them. Then cut them into small pieces. Then chop the onion and chilli and mix it with the vegetables. Then grind it well and make it like a paste. Then flatten them into small pieces. I usually take gourd leaves as a vegetable.
Then mix some amount of basson and water in a bowl and make it thick.
Then pour some oil in a pan and continue to heat in the oven. Then dip the small pieces of vegetables in the thick liquid of the besan and leave it in the hot oil.
Then fry them well. And after a while shake them upside down. Then after some time the delicious vegetable chop will be made.
These are very tasty to eat and one of my very favorite foods. Of course not just me. At present, vegetable chops are very popular among all people in all parts of Bangladesh. Especially in the month of Ramadan, it is very delicious to eat with Iftar. And a common item of Iftar. You can also try it at home and be sure to let us know how you like it.
