Today I want to make a dessert, in general desserts are identical to sweet foods, right, one of them is salad. This is my new experience making a salad dessert. Hey.. currently salad is not only used as a dessert but also an interesting snack that already has many fans. This dish / snack is also healthy, why not some types of fruit in the salad which of course have good nutritional content for health.
Did you know that even though I know it is very easy to make, I often buy it and have never made it myself, therefore this time I took the initiative to make it myself for a dessert box at home whenever I want to eat it and it can also be a snack for children.
I added some fresh fruit pieces in it. You can also adjust the filling with various types of fruit that you like and according to your own creations. Which will later be combined with cream to provide a sweet touch and complement to the salad. Now if you are interested in making this salad, let's see the recipe below.
Ingredients needed:
- Grapes
- Kiwi
- Melon
- Apple
- Pear
- Dragon fruit
- Mango
- Lemon
- Orange
- 500 grams Mayonnaise
- 250 grams Sweetened condensed milk (omela)
- 250 grams Yogurt (cimory)
- Sufficient Grated cheese (prochiz)

First, wash all the fruits. Cut the fruits into small cubes or according to taste.

Second: let's make the cream, prepare a container, pour mayonnaise, then add yogurt and sweetened condensed milk into one. Add a lemon feeling, then stir until evenly mixed.

Third: prepare a container or cup, either small or large. Take some pieces of fruit, then arrange them in the cup. After that, pour the cream over the fruits. Then grate the cheese on top and add more pieces of red grapes on top of the cheese to make it look more attractive.
Fourth: put it in the refrigerator to be stored as stock.
Suggestion: you can also add agar-agar to the salad, it also tastes very good when combined with cream.

Serve it when it's cold, it's more delicious. This dessert salad has a sweet and refreshing taste. And the soft texture of the delicious cream makes our mouths tempted when eating it. After enjoying the main course that has a pungent aroma. This salad is one of the perfect refreshers / desserts to end your meal.
