Buenas noche mis amigos cocineros espero estén en buen estado de salud, les envio un fuerte y caluroso abrazo a todos los que laboran diariamente en esta grata comunidad de @Foodiesbeehive. Es un gusto para mi poder compartir con ustedes mi trabajo en esta oportunidad les traigo mi Almuerzo de hoy se trata de una Rica pasta con carne molida guisada acompañada de unas tiras de berenjenas fritas. A continuación pasos a seguir:
Good evening my cook friends, I hope you are in good health, I send a big and warm hug to all those who work daily in this pleasant community of @Foodiesbeehive. It is a pleasure for me to be able to share my work with you. In this opportunity I bring you my lunch today, it is a delicious pasta with stewed ground beef accompanied by some strips of fried eggplant. Here are the steps to follow:
Ingredientes:
- Carne molida.
- Pasta corta.
- Aji.
- Cebolla.
- Ajo.
- Onoto.
- Sal.
- Berenjena.
- Aceite.
- Zanahoria.
Ingredients:
- Ground beef.
- Short pasta.
- Chili pepper.
- Onion.
- Garlic.
- Onoto.
- Salt.
- Eggplant.
- Oil.
- Carrot.
Step by Step || Pasó a paso:
1er paso: Lo primero que haremos es lavar los aliños y cortar, añadir a una sartén junto a la zanahoria rayada agregamos la carne previamente ya lavada, un poco de onoto sal(al gusto), y cocinar a fuego medio.
1st step: The first thing we will do is wash the dressings and cut, add to a pan next to the grated carrot, add the previously washed meat, a little onoto salt (to taste), and cook over low heat.
2do paso: Seguidamente en una olla con agua y sal colocarla al fuego a hervir y agregar la pasta por unos minutos.
2nd step: Then in a pot with water and salt, place it on the fire to boil and add the pasta for a few minutes.
3er paso: Luego dejamos escurrir en un colador añadimos un poco de mantequilla para suavisar(al gusto).
3rd step: Then we let it drain in a colander and add a little butter to soften (to taste).
4to paso: Pelar las berenjenas añadimos un poco de sal, harina y colocar en sartén bien caliente con un poco de aceite y dorar.
4th step: Peel the aubergines, add a little salt, flour and place in a very hot pan with a little oil and brown.
