It's been a while since I posted the recipe last time. And today I will share a new recipe again. This is a daily food in Indonesia. I hope this will be useful for those of you who are from other countries. Again and again I use tempe as a base ingredients. I hope you guys are not bored with this hehehe...
The recipe that I will share this time is crispy tempeh. The method is very easy and does not require many ingredients. So, I hope you guys will put it into practice right away. Okay, instead of me talking too much, let's get straight to the recipe.
- Tempeh
- 1 egg
- Seasoned flour
- Cooking oil
Step 1
Thinly slice the tempe
STEP 2
Crack the eggs into a plate and mix well
STEP 3
Dip tempeh in egg
STEP 4
Add the tempeh to the flour. Turn the tempeh so that it is evenly coated with flour.
STEP 5
Heat the cooking oil and then fry the tempeh
STEP 6
Turn the tempeh so that the other side is also cooked.
STEP 7
Remove and drain the tempeh. And then serve on a plate
