Today I want to share with you a delicious and tasty recipe. I say tasty because it has chocolate and everything that has chocolate for me is delicious. Last week was very special: we celebrated the birthday of my friend Rosa, an elderly person but despite this, she loves chocolate and to please her on her day, her son asked me to please her and make her a combined chocolate and vanilla cake. So I got to work and prepared a delicious cake to celebrate her 74th birthday. And to do so we surprised her with a combined cake. 🎉🍰✨.

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una receta deliciosa y sabrosa digo sabrosa porque tiene chocolate y todo lo que tiene chocolate para mí es delicioso, la semana pasada fue muy especial: celebramos el cumpleaños de mi amiga Rosa, una persona mayor pero a pesar de ello, adora el chocolate y para complacerla en su día, su hijo me pidió que la complaciera y le hiciera una torta combinada de chocolate y vainilla. Así que puse manos a la obra y preparé una deliciosa torta para festejar su cumpleaños número 74. Y para ello la sorprendimos con una torta combinada 🎉🍰✨.

-2 cups of all-purpose wheat flour, -1 cup of liquid milk, -1 cup of sugar - 4 eggs, -1 tablespoon of baking powder, -1 tablespoon of vanilla essence, - 100 grams of cocoa	-2 tazas de harina de trigo todo uso, -1 taza de leche liquida, -1 taza de azúcar - 4 huevos, -1 cucharada de polvo de hornear, -1 cucharada de esencia de vainilla, - 100 gramos de cacao.

To begin, in two containers we are going to separate the eggs, in one we place the whites and in another the yolks, in this container we add the liquid milk.

Para empezar, en dos envases vamos a separar los huevos osea en uno colocamos las claras y en otra las yemas, en este envase agregamos la leche liquida.

Next we add the sugar and vanilla essence and beat gently.

Seguidamente agregamos la azúcar y la esencia de vainilla batimos suavemente.

Now, we beat the egg whites and bring them to stiff peaks. We reserve.

Ahora, batimos la claras de huevos y las llevamos a punto de nieve. Reservamos.

Next, we add the wheat flour, previously sifted, then we stir with the help of a paddle until all these ingredients are well integrated.

Seguidamente, agregamos la harina de trigo, previo tamizado, luego removemos con la ayuda de una paleta hasta integrar muy bien todos estos ingredientes.

Add the stiff egg whites to the cake mixture little by little, until completely integrated with the other ingredients.

Agregamos la claras a punto de nieve a la mezcla de la torta de a poco, hasta integrar por completo con los demás ingredientes.

We pour the cake mixture into two containers and add the previously sifted cocoa powder to one of them.

Vertemos en dos envases la mezcla de la torta y agregaremos en uno de ello, el cacao en polvo previamente tamizado.

We beat very well and gently with the electric mixer until the cocoa is integrated.

Batimos muy bien y suavemente con la batidora electrica hasta lograr se integre el cacao.

We pour the mixture into two greased and floured molds, we place the vanilla mixture and then the chocolate mixture, when we finish we give the mixture a superficial turn with a fork, we bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until a toothpick is inserted. in the center and see that it comes out clean.
