Greetings my dear readers, it's been a while since I presented a recipe, today I bring you one of my favorite desserts, but I had never dared to prepare it and I want to share this great recipe to make at home a rich encapsulated fruit jelly, it is the first time I do it; although many think that making a jelly is something easy, this has some work, or rather you have to spend time and patience for its preparation, but it is still easy.

-50 gramos de gelatina sin sabor.
-1 litro de agua.
-1 taza de azúcar.
-1 cucharadita de vainilla.
-Jugo de 1 limón.
-1 taza de fresas frescas.
-2 manzanas frescas.
-2 cambures frescos.

Preparación / Preparation
-Primeramente colocamos a hidratar los 50 gramos de gelatina sin sabor, para lo cual vertemos el sobre de gelatina en un recipiente y posteriormente le integramos una taza de agua, este procedimiento debe ser poco a poco y revolviendo enérgicamente para evitar grumos, dejamos reposar por un lapso de 15 minutos aproximadamente.

-Pasado este tiempo observamos como se ha hidratado nuestra gelatina y la llevamos a baño de maría, colocando a hervir un poco de agua y colocamos nuestro recipiente, revolvemos hasta lograr que nuestra gelatina este nuevamente en estado liquido, debemos tener cuidado de que esta no hierva.

-Seguidamente en el litro de agua a temperatura tibia (casi al natural), agregamos la taza de azúcar, la cucharadita de vainilla y el jugo del limón, le vertemos nuestra gelatina revolviendo enérgicamente sin parar; por ultimo con la ayuda de una cuchara retiramos la espuma de la parte superior.

-En este momento comenzamos a cortar nuestras frutas frescas, las cuales deben estar previamente lavadas, es importante que estén secas, los cortes pueden ser de la forma de tu preferencia, en este caso con ayuda de mi hijo Matthias realice pequeñas rodajas y tiras.

-Pasados los 15 minutos, ya la gelatina base debe estar firme, procedemos a colocar las frutas, dando una forma bonita y presentable, alternando nuestras frutas, seguidamente con una cuchara colocamos un poco de gelatina, con mucho cuidado para evitar que floten las frutas, llevamos nuevamente al congelador hasta que endurezca, luego sacamos y colocamos gelatina hasta cubrir las frutas, nuevamente a refrigerar y repetimos estos pasos hasta que se termine la gelatina o hasta llegar a la parte alta del molde.

-Dejamos reposar por un lapso de 3 o más horas, en mi caso la deje toda la noche, luego con la ayuda de un cuchillo despegamos la orilla superior y procedemos a desmoldar.
