Over the weekend, I had the chance to indulge in a fine dining experience at Bai Hotel, and it was truly memorable from start to finish. Just like any true fine dining restaurant, the meal began with a beautifully prepared Caesar salad. The greens were fresh and crisp, paired with just the right amount of dressing and croutons that gave a delightful crunch. It was a light yet flavorful way to set the tone for the entire course.
Next came the pochero soup, a hearty and comforting dish. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to take a photo, but the taste made up for it. The warm broth was rich and savory, the kind of soup that instantly soothes you and makes you feel at home even in an elegant dining setting.
For the main dish, we were served salmon with sautéed vegetables and rice. To my surprise, the portion was quite generous—definitely more than what I expected from a fine dining plate. The salmon was perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful, while the vegetables added a nice balance of freshness. It was a hearty yet refined dish that felt satisfying without being overwhelming.
Dessert was a slice of Black Forest chocolate cake, which was the perfect sweet ending. The layers of chocolate sponge, cream, and cherries made it both indulgent and refreshing. Every bite was rich but not too heavy, a well-thought-out finale to the course.
Since we stayed at the hotel the whole day, we also enjoyed some light snacks in between. The staff served us coffee with croissants and a side of fries—a simple but comforting treat that kept us fueled throughout the day.
Overall, my fine dining experience at Bai Hotel was a delightful mix of elegance, generous servings, and comforting flavors. It wasn’t just about the food, but the feeling of being able to slow down, savor every bite, and spend the whole day enjoying good meals in a lovely setting.
