Grilled oysters are a great appetizer since they are simple to prepare, delicious, and nutritious. So I've tried to "squeeze" the cooking into my tight schedule these days to lay it on the table for the family.
On the one hand, I can "taste" it again through my mind while I write this piece. On the other hand, I can provide you with a lovely recipe for this delectable dish which I very quickly learned from my mother. LOL
The Vietnamese-style grilled oyster is really divine; you won't believe how delicious it is until you bite into a hot crunchy fresh oyster with scallions and peanuts on the tip of your tongue. Oh My Heavens!
Let's have a peek. It's a little oily, but not at all greasy. Greasy food absolutely not my thing. Fortunately, this dish does not seem to let me down.
Vietnamese people like their oysters cooked rather than raw, unlike Western nations. the name of "Hàu Nướng Mỡ Hành" is now just literally conjuring up a yummy, mouth-watering taste somewhere inside me. LOL
With a few basic ingredients, these Vietnamese-style grilled oysters are gonna melt your heart:
Recipes:

- Scallions (chopped), put in boiling hot oil
- Salt, seasoning powder, pepper,
- peanut (roasted, peeled. crushed)
I'll try to sum it up in the most understandable way via these pictures: Let's get started.
