Bienvenidos para compartir una nueva receta de esa que nos alegran la vida y complace nuestro antojo, se trata de un helado casero de piña con topping de sirope de chocolate y galleta. ¿A quien no le encanta un helado? y mas aun cuando es elaborado con nuestras manos desde la comodidad del hogar, esto nos sucedió el domingo con ganas de comer un helado y la lluvia no dejaba salir a comprar a una heladería,entonces bueno puse manos a la obra investigue unas cuantas recetas las amolde de acuerdo a los ingredientes que tenia en casa y fácilmente sin mucho proceso aquí les comparto esta idea de este delicioso helado, claro el sabor lo dejo a su gusto, ademas se conserva muy bien en el refrigerador ideal para esos momentos de calor y necesitamos refrescarnos con algo frió pero a la vez delicioso

Who doesn't love ice cream? and even more when it is made with our hands from the comfort of home, this happened to us on Sunday we wanted to eat an ice cream and the rain did not let go out to buy an ice cream shop, then well I put hands to work researched a few recipes mold them according to the ingredients I had at home and easily without much process here I share this idea of this delicious ice cream, of course the flavor I leave to your taste, also it keeps very well in the refrigerator ideal for those moments of heat and need to cool off with something cold but at the same time delicious.

Comencemos con la preparación de este delicioso helado cremoso casero, primeramente pueden utilizar la gelatina del sabor de su preferencia, para contenido de este sobre de gelatina que es de 6 porciones necesitamos 250 ml de agua caliente que prácticamente es una taza la cual vamos añadir en la licuadora

Luego agregamos todo el contenido del sobre de la gelatina y encendemos a una velocidad alta dejando licuar por casi un minuto que el liquido se ponga bien espumoso

Como ultimo ingrediente añadimos 4 cucharadas de leche en polvo y dejamos licuar por bastante rato, todos los ingredientes que están en la licuadora y poco a poco le incorporamos una taza de agua bien fría

Luego que nuestra mezcla este cuajada la retiramos del refrigerador y con una batidora manual a una velocidad alta comenzamos a batir hasta que prácticamente duplique el volumen, después lo llevamos nuevamente al refrigerador y esta vez si dejamos hasta que congele pero siempre su textura sera bien cremosa

Ahora si servimos nuestro helado de piña cremoso lo bañamos por encima con sirope de chocolate al gusto y galletas con chistas de chocolate o cualquier otro topping de su preferencia
