Comenzamos con esta nueva receta que les traigo para compartir con mucho cariño y que además formo parte de uno de los platillos que acompaño mi cena en noche buena. Cortar la carne de res y de cerdo en trozos bien pequeños al igual que el cebollín, ajoporro y cebolla, la zanahoria se ralla. Todo esto lo juntamos con las carnes picadas en un caldero, lo tapamos y llevamos a fuego medio por más de 30 minutos.

Mientras se cocinan las carnes, le sacamos las semillas a los ajíes y pelamos los ajos y además ponemos en remojo las alcaparras. Todo esto lo vamos a llevar a la licuadora con su próximamente un vaso con agua y licuados. Luego vertemos este licuado en la olla dónde tenemos la carne, revolvemos para incorporar y tapamos
