Hello hivers, it's been a while since my last blog post. I have a lot going on that I may or may not be able to share in the future. But I'm mostly preoccupied with my new work schedule and errands.
I had the opportunity to dine at Bahn Mi Kitchen while doing my outside work activities. And here it goes. 🥰

I've passed by this location numerous times on my way to Ayala Malls for a walk before heading home. I wanted to try the food they serve because it looked appealing and healthy, but I never got the chance.
But I finally got to try the food I ordered from their menu last week. I was hesitant because I wasn't sure if I'd like it, but you have to try it for yourself to see if it's something that will appeal to your taste buds, right?

The tables and chairs are all taken during our visit. Thankfully, after how many minutes, someone took off and we were able to sit. We took our time selecting from the menu. They offer a variety of sandwiches as well as combo meals that are ideal for sharing. Then we decided to get the Lemongrass Chicken. I was about to choose the Pork one but I remember that I have to lessen my consumption of Pork. I choose the full size and have them cut it twice. I also get the spring rolls though it has a Pork mixed to it, it has more vegetables in it.

When it comes to drinks, I wanted to try the Cucumber Lemonade, but it was out of stock. So @jeennicious went with the Lemongrass Tea and I went with the Vietnamese Iced Coffee. I was expecting the same one I had in Ginger Wok, but this one is much stronger.

When our food was served I take a good look at the sandwich and I'm happy that it has more vegetables in it. You can taste more of the vegetables than Chicken which for me is good and that I prefer instead. We tried the Spring rolls and the sauce is something that I like. It is vinegar with some chili slices and has some sweetness in it. I even asked Jenny if we can ask how they made their sauce but people keep on coming that we can't have the chance to chat with the staff.
We savor the moment as we finished the food, but I noticed that because it is a food stall and is in an open area, it is not ideal for a business meeting because no privacy and people are passing by looking at you, which is somewhat intimidating.
When it comes to the food I can't complain as it is delicious and healthy. The space is a little smaller and the distance of the tables and chairs are not too far from each other. Not ideal for a group of 4 or more people because of the table setup but can accommodate 2-3 instead.
After nearly an hour, we decided to leave with a smile because they were able to satisfy me with the food they served and I will definitely return if I crave something healthy and I will ask how they make the sauce lol. 😂😂
Well, that's for now. If you happen to try their food let me know about your experience below. Thank you for stopping by. 😘
