Hello friends, today I cooked Snakehead murrel fish. Today I have cooked this fish with cauliflower. This fish is very tasty to eat, and it tastes even better with cauliflower. I am sharing this delicious fish recipe with you today.
Ingredients:
- 1 big murrel fish.
- A part of cauliflower.
- 4 potatoes.
- 2 onions.
- 9 raw chillies.
- Panchphoron.
- Mustard oil.
- 3 tablespoons salt.
- 3 tablespoons turmeric powder.

Methods:
Step 01:
First, I cut the fish and wash it well with water and put it in a container.
Step 02:
I peel the potatoes. When the peel is removed, cut it, wash it with water and put it in a container.
Step 03:
I peel the two onions. When the peel is removed, I cut it and put it in a bowl.
Step 04:
I cut the cauliflower and wash it with water and put it in a container.
Step 05:
I cut the raw chillies, wash them with water and put them in a container.
Step 06:
I put salt & Turmeric well on the cut fish pitches.
Step 07:
I fry the fish and put it in a pot.
Step 08:
I fry the potatoes like red and put them in a pot.
Step 09:
I lightly fry the chopped onions in a bowl.
Step 10:
I put the cauliflower in a pot.
Step 11:
I fry panchphoron in a pan.
Step 12:
Panchphoron with fried potatoes, cauliflower, onions and raw chillies. Add salt and turmeric.
Step 13:
Let's mix it all together well.
Step 14:
When it is well mixed, add water in it and when it is a little boiled, add the fried fish in it. I wait 12 minutes for the curry to get better. After 12 minutes, turn off the oven and spread the fried spices on top of the curry.

At the end of it all I put the curry in a pot to serve.
