- 5 potatoes.
- 1 onion and garlic.
- 9 raw chillies.
- Mustard oil.
- 3 tablespoons salt.
- 2 tablespoons turmeric powder.

Methods:
Step 01:
First I cut the fish, wash it well with water and put it in a container.
Step 02:
I peel the raw banana and after peeling it, cut it, wash it with water and put it in a container.
Step 03:
I peel the potatoes. After peeling, I cut it, wash it with water and put it in a container.
Step 04:
Cut the onion and put it in a bowl with the peeled garlic.
Step 05:
I cut the raw chillies and put them in a bowl.
Step 06:
I put salt and turmeric on the cut fish well. After smearing, I fry the fish well and put it in a pot.
Step 07:
I put the potatoes in a frying pan.
Step 08:
I put raw bananas in a frying pan.
Step 09:
Put onion and garlic in a bowl after frying well.
Step 10:
In a pan, fry all the ingredients with oil and raw chilli. Add salt and turmeric.
Step 11:
I mix the ingredients well.
Step 12:
After mixing, add water in it. When the water boils a little, I put the fried fish in it. I wait 12 minutes for the fish curry to taste good. When the fish curry is good, I turn off the oven and spread the fried spice powder on the curry.
Step 13:
I put some fish curry in a pot to eat.
