- 5 potatoes.
- 2 onions.
- Raw chilli.
- Mustard oil.
- Panchphoron.
- 3 tablespoons salt.
- 4 tablespoons turmeric powder.

Step 01:
First, I cut the fish, washed it with water and put it in a container.
Step 02:
I peel the potatoes. When the shell is peeled, I cut it, wash it with water and put it in a container.
Step 03;
Peel an onion and grate it.
Step 04:
I cut raw chilli and wash it with water and put it in a bowl.
Step 05:
Sprinkle salt and turmeric on the cut fish.
Step 06:
I fry the fish well and put it in a pot.
Step 07:
Fry the chopped onion and put it in a bowl.
Step 08:
I fry the chopped potatoes light red and put them in a pot.
Step 09:
I fry panchphoron in a pan.
Step 10:
Serve with fried potatoes, onions and raw chillies on panchphoron. Add salt and turmeric.
Step 11:
After smearing everything well, I add enough water to it. I give it with fried fish. Then put the pan on the stove and wait for 10 minutes for the curry to go well. After 10 minutes of cooking, turn off the oven and spread hot spice powder on top of the curry.
Step 12:
At the end, when the curry is a little cold, put it in a bowl and serve.
