Hello Hive community, today I want to show you a fairly simple but very tasty recipe, as some of you may already know, my girlfriend @carlagonz fractured her femur and thanks to that I am the one who cooks daily, she loves this recipe and always wants me to cook this o its variants, the chicken sauce for spaghetti is simply delicious and today I am going to show you the whole process so that you can cook it at home and surprise your families.
Hola comunidad de Hive, hoy quiero mostrarles una receta bastante sencilla pero muy sabrosa, como algunos ya sabrán mi novia @carlagonz se fracturó el fémur y gracias a ello soy yo quien cocina a diario, ella adora esta receta y siempre quiere que cocine esta o sus variantes, la salsa de pollo para el espagethi es simplemente deliciosa y hoy voy a mostrarles todo el proceso para que la cocinen en casa y sorprendan a sus familias.

Comenzamos picando en finas tiras la pechuga de pollo, preferiblemente usamos este corte porque no trae piel, pellejos o huesos, es pura pulpa y es lo deseado para esta salsa, luego picamos los vegetales en cuadritos pequeños, excepto la cebolla de verdeo la cual picamos en finos aritos, la panceta la picamos en finos cuadritos y recomiendo comprar una que tenga mas pulpa que grasa, para aprovechar mejor el sabor intenso en la salsa.

Luego en una olla o sartén alto tipo wok, comenzamos a freir en poco aceite todos los ingredientes menos el pollo, cuando estos doren y liberen todos los sabores en el aceite, incorporamos el pollo, revolvemos en el momento y luego en tres minutos revolvemos nuevamente.
Cuando el pollo este cocido y sellado con la grasa de la panceta agregamos todos los condimentos que querramos, en mi caso les coloco, sal, pimienta, paprika y oregano.

Unos minutos mas tarde cuando el pollo este bien cocido y todos los ingredientes se hayan homogenizado, agregamos la leche y bajamos un poco la llama para evitar que al hervir se desborde.
Luego en otra taza agregamos una cucharadita de harina de trigo en tres cucharadas de leche revolvemos y cuando este totalmente liquida sin grumos se lo agregamos al pollo (este paso va a hacer que la receta obtenga espesor), luego agregamos toda la lata de maiz sin el liquido de la lata y dejamos cocinar por 3 minutos a fuego medio.

En otra olla preparamos la pasta de manera habitual dejandola al gusto personal de cada uno, en mi caso la prefiero al dente, al momento de emplatar ponemos primero la pasta, luego colocamos la salsa por arriba y espolvoreamos la cantidad preferida de queso parmesano, estoy seguro que cuando reproduzcas esta receta en tu casa muchos van a querer que la prepares mas seguido porque a mi me pasa, esta receta es deliciosa.
