Hello Hive community, as some may already know, my girlfriend @carlagonz suffered a traffic accident where she broke her leg and I have had to take care of her and attend to her more than usual, one of the biggest challenges is to keep her in good spirits since being in bed for almost a month, unable to go out or fend for herself, boredom begins to do its thing and her mood comes out almost as beaten as her leg; So in addition to showing off my comedy skills, I've decided to work a little harder in the kitchen and try to always have a new dish or sandwich on the table.
Hola comunidad de Hive, como algunos ya sabrán mi novia @carlagonz sufrió un accidente de tránsito donde se fracturó la pierna y me ha tocado cuidarla y atenderla más de lo habitual, uno de los retos más grandes es mantenerla de buen ánimo ya que estando en cama prácticamente un mes, sin poder salir ni valerse por sí misma, el aburrimiento comienza a hacer de la suyas y su humor sale casi tan golpeado como su pierna; así que además de sacar a relucir mis dotes de comediante he decidido esforzarme un poco más en la cocina e intentar que siempre tenga un plato o bocadillo nuevo en la mesa.

Empezamos con unas galletitas dulces sin relleno ni cobertura, vamos a necesitar chocolate oscuro y también chocolate blanco (con uno de los dos basta pero tenía los dos por casa) y coco rallado, chispas de chocolate o cualquier cosita que tengan en casa y les gustaría agregarle (pepinillos no por favor), también pude ir a la tienda y comprar galletas de coco con chocolate, no habría tenido de limpiar luego... En mi defensa quedaron muy lindas y sabrosas.

Colocamos el chocolate en unos cuencos aptos para el microondas (esta parte es importante, ya que he partido varios vasos y tazas por no revisar) para derretirlos y cubrir con estos las galletas, no es obligatorio, pero yo les puse un poco de mantequilla y leche para que quedara más suave y al enfriar no fueran muy duros, lo mejor es darles 30 segundos e ir verificando y calentarlos 30 segundos más, ya que de un momento a otro puede hervir y el chocolate queda grumoso y se separa la grasa del resto... un desastre, se los digo porque fue lo que me paso jajaja, también lo pueden derretir poniéndolo en baño de maria pero me pareció muy engorroso.

Ya con todo preparado comenzamos a cubrir de chocolate nuestras galletas de a una por vez, se pueden ayudar con un tenedor o unas pinzas, cuando ya están cubiertas es hora de cubrirlas con lo que tengamos a la mano, en mi caso fue coco, chispas de chocolate y chispas de colores, acá ya depende un poco de la creatividad de cada quien, pueden incluso hacer un sandwich de galleta y luego cubrirlo de chocolate, pueden cubrir solo la mitad y que quede raro. Luego de que tengas todas las galletas cubiertas y decoradas, colóquenlas en un plato o papel encerado y déjenlas enfriar al aire libre o en la nevera como hice yo (así esperas menos para comer).
