Ingredientes:
- Carne Magra molida 600g
- Cebolla 1 y ½, si son pequeñas como las mías, sino con 1 grande bastara
- Tomate 1 y ½
- ¼ De pimentón rojo (pimiento o morrón, como lo conozcan es su país)
- Aceitunas 50g
- Adobo y salsa de ajo
- Sal y pimienta al gusto
- Aceite para cocinar
Ingredients:
- Lean ground beef 600g
- Onion 1 and ½, if they are small like mine, otherwise 1 large will suffice
- Tomato 1 and ½
- ¼ of red paprika (pepper or bell pepper, as you know it in your country)
- Olives 50g
- Adobo and garlic sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil
Paso a Paso / Step by Step
Empezamos cortando todo, la cebolla en julianas, el pimentón en cuadritos pequeños, las aceitunas en rodajas y el tomate en tiras de 1cm, reservamos y pasamos a condimentar la carne, agregamos la sal, la pimienta, el adobo y la salsa de ajo, mezclamos, reservamos y ponemos aceite para sofreír en un sartén.
We start by cutting everything, the onion in julienne strips, the paprika in small squares, the olives in slices and the tomato in 1cm strips, we reserve and season the meat, add the salt, the pepper, the marinade and the garlic sauce, mix, reserve and put oil to fry in a pan.
Luego agregamos la cebolla y la vamos a dejar cocinar hasta que este sofrita, que este amortecida, transparente, para agregar el pimentón rojo y dejar cocinar por 5 min a fuego lento, después agregamos las aceitunas y cocinamos por 2 min.
Then we add the onion and we are going to let it cook until it is fried, it is softened, transparent, to add the red paprika and let it cook for 5 minutes over low heat, then we add the olives and cook for 2 minutes
Pasados los 2 min, agregamos la carne molida y cocinamos, cuando la carne est casi lista, apartamos a un lado y agregamos el tomate, cocinamos por 5 min hasta que el tomate casi se deshaga y unimos mezclando con la carne y listo.
After 2 minutes, add the ground meat and cook, when the meat is almost ready, set aside and add the tomato, cook for 5 minutes until the tomato almost falls apart and unite, mixing with the meat and that's it.
