Pabellón Criollo Venezolano [ESP

Hola a todos feliz domingo, espero hayan tenido una muy buena semana.

El día de hoy les enseñaré a preparar el plato nacional Venezolano y el más conocido en mi país, el pabellón criollo.
Este plato está conformado por arroz blanco, caraotas negras (frijol negro), plátano maduro frito (tajadas), carne mechada, aguacate y huevo. Una combinación excelente de sabores y además el presentarlo todo junto con tantos colores hace que sea un espectáculo desde la vista.
Mejor dicho, este plato es una delicia y es ideal para compartir con tu familia el domingo.

Today I will teach you how to prepare the Venezuelan national dish and the best known in my country, the pabellón criollo.
This dish is made with white rice, black beans, fried ripe plantains (slices), shredded meat, avocado and egg. An excellent combination of flavors and also the presentation of it all together with so many colors makes it a spectacle to behold.

Arroz blanco.
1/2 kg de Carne para desmechar.
Frijoles negros (caraotas).
Cebolla y cebollín.
Tomate.
Ajo.
Pimentón.
Huevos.
Aguacate.

White rice.
1/2 kg of meat for shredding.

Tomato.
Garlic.
Paprika.
Eggs.

Cómo primer paso debemos dejar en agua las caraotas o frijoles negros por un mínimo de cuatro horas o en la noche anterior.

Las lavamos muy bien, y las cocinamos en la olla de presión con suficiente agua, a esta agua le agregaremos los condimentos que deseemos como el ajo o la cebolla, también se puede cocinar con la misma agua que se cocinó la carne para que agarren mejor sabor.

We wash them very well, and we cook them in the pressure cooker with enough water, to this water we will add the condiments that we want like garlic or onion, also it can be cooked with the same water that was cooked the meat so that they grab better flavor.

Las cocinamos por unos 20 minutos o hasta que estén blandas.

Cook for about 20 minutes or until tender.

Para preparar la carne mechada, debemos cocinarla igualmente en la olla de presión y cuando esté blanda, la sacamos y dejamos enfriar un poco.

To prepare the carne mechada, we must also cook it in the pressure cooker and when it is soft, we take it out and let it cool a little.

Con nuestras manos empezamos a separar la carne hasta que nos queden unas tiras.

Ahora hacemos un sofrito así que picamos las cebollas, ajo, pimentón y tomate y llevamos a un perol con aceite.

Dejamos cocinar y agregamos la sal, pimienta y color rojo.

Cuando esté listo pasamos a una olla con la carne y media taza de agua.

Dejamos cocinar hasta que todos los sabores se integren muy bien.

Seguidamente preparamos las tajadas, son muy ricas y le dan un toque dulce al plato. Cortamos el plátano maduro en lonjas y las freímos hasta que estén doradas.

En el mismo recipiente freímos los huevos.

Fry the eggs in the same pan.

Luego servimos todo, empezando por el arroz (que lo pueden preparar a su gusto), luego todos lo demás a su alrededor incluyendo el aguacate cortado en lonjas.

Con esto tendremos un delicioso almuerzo muy completo.

Then we serve everything, starting with the rice (which you can prepare as you like), then all the rest around it including the avocado cut in slices.
With this we will have a very complete and delicious lunch.
