En el día de hoy les traigo un rico plato, perfecto para el almuerzo "Mortadela guisada, acompañada de arroz, ensalada y tajadas. Un plato sencillo y fácil de preparar, espero les guste mucho!

Today I bring you a delicious dish, perfect for lunch "Stewed mortadella, accompanied by rice, salad and slices. A simple and easy dish to prepare, I hope you like it a lot!
Ingredientes. / Ingredientes.
Medio kilo de mortadela
Medio kilo de arroz (depende de cuántas personas estén en la casa)
Plátano: 1 o 2 (depende)
Tomate: 2 o 3
Cebolla: 1 o 2
Ají: 6 (picantes y dulces)
Cilantro: unas ramas
Cebollín: unas ramas
Half a kilo of bologna
Half a kilo of rice (depends on how many people are in the house)
Banana: 1 or 2 (depends)
Tomato: 2 or 3
Onion: 1 or 2
Chili: 6 (spicy and sweet)
Coriander: a few branches
Chives: a few branches
Preparación. / Preparation.
Primero que nada vamos a picar los aliños, las cebollas la picamos en rodajas y la sofreímos.
First of all we are going to chop the dressings, chop the onions in slices and fry them.
Los tomates ya picados lo pasamos a licuar junto a algunos ajíes, y unas ramas de cilantro y apio España.
The already chopped tomatoes are blended together with some peppers, and a few branches of coriander and celery Spain.
Luego pasamos a picar la mortadela en cuadritos o en tiras, como ustedes quieran y la sofreímos.
Then we proceed to chop the mortadella into squares or strips, as you wish, and fry it.
Dejamos que se sofría muy bien.

Muy importante cocinar los aliños licuados por lo menos unos 8 minutos en la cocina, en fuego bajo.
It is very important to cook the blended dressings for at least 8 minutes in the kitchen, on low heat.
Luego le agregamos los aliños a la mortadela, removemos muy bien y dejamos que cocine durante unos 10 o 15 minutos.
Then we add the dressings to the mortadella, stir very well and let it cook for about 10 or 15 minutes.
Mientras tanto pasamos a hacer las tajadas. Picamos en tajada el plátano y lo sofreímos.
Meanwhile we go to make the slices. Cut the banana into slices and fry it.
No pude tomar fotos de la preparación del arroz porque se me descargo el teléfono, bueno el arroz fue sencillo, no le agregué aliños ni nada de eso, fue blanco normal.
Luego que ya esté listo el guiso de mortadela, solo nos toca servir y disfrutar!
I couldn't take photos of the preparation of the rice because my phone died, well the rice was simple, I didn't add seasonings or anything like that, it was normal white.
After the mortadella stew is ready, we just have to serve and enjoy!
