Welcome to generosesity blogs ep. 9!
But, before that let's get to know first the ingredients for making a mango float.
INGREDIENTS:
1. 2 200g packs M.Y. San Grahams (uncrushed)
2. 2 200g packs crushed M.Y. San Grahams
3. 2 250ml All-purpose cream
4. 2 300ml Condensed Milk
5. 1 kg. Ripe Mangoes
Note: You can use your bare hands in making it as long as you wash your hands properly
FIVE EASY STEPS
1. Arrange the grahams
In your desired storage, gently and properly arrange the Grahams. This will serve as the base of the mango float.
2. Stripping the mangoes
In stripping the mangoes, you need to be extra careful since you will be using sharp things. You can use disposable gloves in this step. Putting the stripped mangoes above the Grahams will allow the taste of mangoes to drip into the Grahams.
3. Put the mixed condensed milk and cream
Next, my favorite part is putting the mixed condensed milk and cream above the mango. Just in case it will be your first time making a mango float, you can mix first the condensed milk and all-purpose cream in a separate bowl before doing the first step indicated in this blog so that you'll be ready right away and it can save your time! That is what we did, and we did save our time.
4. Add the crushed Grahams
Then, add the crushed Grahams. The crushed Grahams will add extra texture to the mango float, making it softer.
5. Final piling of the Grahams
Lastly, the final piling of the uncrushed Grahams. In our case, we want the mango float to look clean when opening the tub. So, we decided to put another pile of uncrushed Grahams. Just in case you just want your mango float to look as is, the 4th step can be your final step. Also, since we still have extra milk and cream, we decided to put it after arranging the Grahams. We did not expect it will turn very delicious!
There are plenty of ways how to make a mango float. And I'm sharing with you ours! It is very simple and easy to make. But, don't forget to wash your hands first and make sure to clean your table or kitchen table before and after making this. I hope to see you again soon, foodies beehive!
