Ingredientes/Ingredients
1/2 kilo de carne de res (lomo),2 papas,1 zanahoria,1 cebolla, onoto, sazonatodo, sal, aceite, salsa inglesa.

Primero tome la carne corte en cuadros grandes y lave muy bien , pase a condimentar con onoto, sazonatodo, sal al gusto y reserve.
