Hola hola queridos hiveee, espero se encuentren muy bien, estaba un poco ocupada por eso no he publicado nen las últimas semanas. Sin embargo el día de hoy quise traerles y compartirles una deliciosa receta, muy común pero un poco modificada que la torta de zanahorias.
Antes de, quiero comentarles que mi papa es amantes a los postres y a todos los dulces, esto lo motivó a hacer su propia receta de la torta de zanahoria
Hello hello dear hiveee, I hope you are very well, I was a little busy that's why I haven't published in the last few weeks. However, today I wanted to bring you and share a delicious recipe, very common but slightly modified than carrot cake.
Before, I want to tell you that my dad is a lover of desserts and all sweets, this motivated him to make his own recipe for carrot cake
INGREDIENTES
2 ⅕ taza o 250 grs de harina de trigo (leudante)
3 tazas o 300 grs de Zanahoria (rallada)
1 taza de aceite
1 taza de azúcar
3 huevos
1 cucharadita de sal
1 cucharadita de vainilla
1 cucharada de canela molida
1 cucharada de polvo de hornear
20cc de ron ( de tu preferencia)
Al gusto (frutos secos)
250 grs de maní
250 grs de pasas
250 grs de granola
Ingredients
2 ⅕ cup or 250 grams of wheat flour (leudante)
3 cups or 300 grams of Carrot (grated)
1 cup of oil
1 cup of sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon baking powder
20cc of rum (of your choice)
To taste (dried fruits)
250 grams of peanuts
250 grams of raisins
250 grams of granola
PREPARACIÓN
¹ Primeramente vertemos a un bol el aceite, los huesos, y el azúcar, y batimos muy bien, luego agregamos la cucharadita de polvo de hornear.
PREPARATION
¹ First we pour the oil, the bones, and the sugar into a bowl, and we beat very well, then we add the teaspoon of baking powder.
² Posteriormente agregamos los frutos secos al gusto, en este caso a mi papá le encantan los mencionados anteriormente por lo que agregamos todos ellos. Con el toque especial del ron en este caso Diplomático.
² Later we added the nuts to taste, in this case my dad loves the ones mentioned above so we added all of them. With the special touch of rum in this case Diplomático.
³ Luego agregamos la harina previamente cernida y batimos con movimientos envolventes.

⁴ Por último agregamos la zanahoria ya rallada, no se asusten si la mezcla no se ve tan líquida por todos los ingredientes agregados.

⁵ Vertemos la mezcla en un molde previamente enmantequillado y enharinado. Precalentamos el horno a 175°C y dejamos por 30 minutos.
⁵ Pour the mixture into a previously buttered and floured mold.Preheat the oven to 175°C and leave for 30 minutes.
Y listo tenemos para degustar una excelente, rápida y muy rica torta de zanahoria, una receta única y especial hecha por mi papá, y una manera muy divertida de compraría en familia tanto a la de hacerla como disfrutarla con una buena taza de café.
