Hello, and greetings🙏 food lovers here is my post for qurator top-chef WRAPS.
All made from scratch
Ingredients I used:
2 chicken breast I bought chicken and separate the breast and always use turmeric and salt to keep it fresh.
7-8 leaves of lettuce
1/2 mango
1/2 red pepper
1/2 cup pomegranate kernels
1 carrot
1/4 cucumber
1 tomato
4 slices of pickled beetroot
1 onion, 1 spring onion. few mint leaves. few leaves of rocket/rucola
1 tbsp hot chilli sauce
1 tsp salt, 1tsp paprika powder 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp coriander powder. 1 tsp garam masala,1/2 tsp cumin powder.
2 tsp herbs de Provence,
3 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup greek yogurt
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp tomato ketchup, 1tsp mustard paste, and 1 tsp mayonnaise.
2 cups wheat flour 1/2 tsp salt and water and 1 tsp oil. to make wraps
I had used 5 steps to make these wraps.
Step 1 making wraps
In a bowl having 2 cups of wheat flour add salt and gradually use water I made soft dough. oiled it and covered. after keeping 1/2 hour for rest. made the small balls.
dusting flour on the board and rolling the ball in the rounds and dry fry them one by one brushing them lightly with some oil and turning often.
here are the homemade wrappers.
keep them aside.
Step 2:
Prepare chicken.
First, marinate chicken breasts I used one chicken breast with Indian spices.
like coriander powder, cumin powder, paprika powder, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, and yogurt.
1 chicken breast with herb of Provence 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, and 1 tsp yogurt.black pepper.
marinate and keep them for about 1/2 hour.
Using little oil fry them thoroughly in the frying pan.
Step 3 making raita.dip.
mango finely chopped, 1 spring onion finely chopped, 2 tbsp pomegranate kernels, 1 tsp finely chopped mint,1/4 tsp salt. 1 tsp sugar, 2 pinches of black pepper,and 2 tbsp yogurt. mix all ingredients together in a bowl and our raita is ready.
Step 4 prepared vegetables.
slice all the washed vegetables and the chicken breasts. combine the mustard paste, tomato ketchup, and mayonnaise and stir well. this mixture is our spread.
step 5 Make the wraps roll.
spread the mayo ketchup and mustard mixture on a wrap. then put some lettuce, and chicken pieces, mango slice, and vegetables according to your taste. top with the raita and a few drops of hot chili sauce.
for the Indian style chicken I used mango, beetroot, cucumber, tomato, and raita. for the western styles, I used cucumber, tomato, lettuce, beetroot. carrot, and onion slices.
and lunch is ready. time to sit and enjoy this real treat.
