Hello everyone, are you doing well today?
This is my first post on the Foodie Community. I’m not excellent at cooking but somehow I manage to live with cooking by myself. I hope I can share, or learn new things here.
I have some chicken meat left in the fridge actually, and have been thinking about what I should cook today. Since I’m craving Karaage (Japanese-style fried chicken), I grab my soy sauce and other seasonings to make it.
So, this is what I want to show you now.
'A Simple Karaage Recipe.'
First of all, this is all ingredients you need:

Boneless chicken meatSoy sauce
Ginger
Garlic
Egg (if needed)
And Flour (You can use all kinds of flour, but corn starch works better to make a crispy texture)
Steps:

Put all the mashed ingredients together. And add the soy sauce, mix well.

The chicken is ready to marinate. Leave it for at least 2-3 hours.
And it’s done!!
Karaage is one of my favorite dishes. It’s easy to cook and the taste is good. You have to try to make it!
That’s all for today. Thank you for dropping by <3
