There's a variety of treats to choose from, and today, I'll enhance your tea time experience by sharing a delightful recipe: sweet cone with peanuts.
This crunchy snack harmoniously blends the natural goodness of peanuts with a sweet taste, creating a unique flavor profile. What makes it even better is its simplicity; I can prepare these sweet conewith a minimal amount of ingredients and tools. It's an invitation to explore new flavor combinations, experimenting with the delightful mix of peanuts and sweet flavors, elevating your tea time to something truly special.
Now, let's delve into the process of making this auspicious tea time treat. Join me as we embark on a culinary journey, discovering the art of crafting these delectable sweet cones with peanuts. Let's get started!
Required Ingredients...
🍇 Wheat flour 150g.
🍇 Roasted Peanuts 100g.
🍇 Sugar 100g.
🍇 A pinch of salt.
🍇 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder.
🍇 3 teaspoons of margarine.
🍇 1 egg.
🍇 Coconut oil 300ml.
🍇 Equipment for cone preparation.(I have prepared a cone made of cinnamon wood.)
Method of making.
First take wheat flour and add baking powder, sugar, salt, egg and margarine to it.
Then mix everything well and make a dough and keep it covered for half an hour.
Then make the dough thin. next use a knife to cut it into thin strips. As in the images below.
Next, arrange the strips made of flour around the prepared cinnamon wood in the form of a cone as shown in the photos below.
Then take a cooking pot and put oil in it and let it heat on low flame. After the oil heats up, put the prepared flour cone in it and fry until golden brown and remove the cinnamon stick.
Then fill these cones with Roasted Peanuts.
Next is to make the sugar caramel. For that, put a pot on the stove and let it heat up. Then add 100g of sugar to it and let it become caramel, add a little water and let it thicken. Then remove from heat.
Next is to put the sugar caramel in the prepared cone. Use a spoon to gently insert it into the cone. After 10 minutes it can be added to the food.
Homemade Peanuts mixed sweet cones are now ready to enjoy. You can serve them fresh and crispy with your favorite coffee or tea. Since these are homemade, you can enjoy their quality and delicious taste. Homemade makes this a favorite treat for family and guests alike. I highly recommend giving them a try.
