Tempe is one of the complaments to eat with rice or eaten as a snack various kinds of dishes whose ingredients are from tempeh,such as stir fried tempeh,process tempeh with other. This time I will cook tempeh with kecombrang, is widely used as a mixuture or seasoning for various dishes in the archipelago.
How to made fried tempeh with kecombrang seasoning,
- 250 grams of tempeh
- 125 ml of water
- 2 finely sliced kecombrang
- Oil for frying.
Ground spices,
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 shallots
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon coriander.
Flour,
40 grams wheat flour
10 grams of rice flour
1/2 spoon of salt
100 ml of water
1 egg.
The cooking process,
Step 1 cut the tempeh according to size I like cut the tempeh 5,5, 1 centimeters thick,set a side.
Step 2 boil tempeh in a saucepan with water,add the kecombrang and spices that have been mashed until the spices are absorted remove.
