We have encountered many fresh water farming in Indonesia, especially in West Java. One of the fish producers, such as Nila, a fish that is quite familiar.
The fish we are going to cook is bough from a greengrocer. Processed fish with the content of tofu and tempeh are rarely done.
Usually fish is filled with vegetables. Fish filled with tofu and tempeh by steaming will be more delicious.
How to cook it, there are two spices that are mashed. The first is the seasoning for tofu and tempeh.
Very simple, seasoning covered with garlic, coricender, shallots, salt and turmeric. And for seasoning the fish filling, garlic, onion, pepper salt with running water.
Give it lemon, cut the fish with mashed spices and set a side,make a fine spice for the mixture of tempeh and tofu with marinade.
Then tofu and tempeh which have been mashed are put into the stomach of fish that has been exteted and washed.
After adding the tofu and tempeh, then the fish is put in the steamer pan.
To add to the seent of steamed fish with mangkudu leaves. Let the fish steam for about thirty munites. Then remove and serve. Thank you.
