Greetings food lover,
For the lunch menu, I make several dishes that are familiar to the Indonesia tongue and traditional dishes, such as the dishes that I make, cooking fried tempeh, fried tofu,fried terong and tomato chili paste.
This menu is easy to make and simple with spices. First I will fry tempeh with the following ingredient and spices,
- 1 board of soybean tempeh
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of coriander
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning
- Enough warm water.
Cooking steps
Step 1, cut the tempeh according to taste.
Step 2, puree the garlic,coriander,salt,flavoring,mix warm water taste, than enter the tempeh until it is submerged,wait 10 minute, and fry in hot oil on low heat and drain.
The second cooking is frying Tofu,
- 5 pieces of yellow tofu
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon of salt.
Cooking step,
Step 1, slice the tofu in half(option). puree the garlic,add pepper,salt and warm water to taste,put the tofu into the seasoning and let stand 10 minute.
Step 2, fry the tofu until cooked and drain.
The third cooking is to make chili tomato paste, the seasoning is as follow,
- 3 red chilies removed
- 5 cayenne pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 garlic
- 2 shallots
- 2 spoon of shrimp paste
- 1 spoon of salt
- 1/2 tablespoon of seasoning
- 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Process step,
Step 1, coarsely slice red chilies,tomatoes,garlic,red onions,
Step 2, fry the sliced half cooked spices,luft.
Step 3, puree the half-cooked fried spices add sugar,shrimp paste ,seasoning.
Step 4, the mashed chili seasoning is fried until cooked and drained.
Cooking the fourth, frying the terong .
Step 1, cut the terong according to paste then soak it in warm water that has been given salt.
Step 2, fry the terong until willed remove and set aside.
Menu for lunch, ready to serve.
