Bakwan is a fried food made from vegetables and wheat flour and is commonly found in Indonesia. Bakwan with is usually sold by traveling traders.
In West java, bakwan is called Bala-bala. If in Central java, the Pati atea is called Pia-pia, and in other area the name is defferent. Bakwan is usually eaten in the morning or evening.
In West java, bakwan is usually eaten with lepeut in morning with cayenne pepper or peanut sauce. Bakwan is similar to Japanese cuisine, Yasai tempura or vegetables tempura.
To make bakwan can be done easily and simply. Bakwan , is usyally sold by mobile vendors by other fried foods. I tried to makeba snack of Sundanese, as for the ingredients used such as flour.
