If we go to Yogyakarta,Central Java,there are many noodles seller,mostly Javanese noodles are sold using wheels. Some time I post about making javanese "Godog" noodles, now I will make Javanese "Fried" noodles.
There are two types of noodles dishes,the first is godog noodles and the second is fried noodles. Both main ingredients are the same namely noodles.
The difference between the two is that godog noodles is dominate by lot of water for the sauce. Fried noodles don't use water in the cooking process except for water to boil the noodles.
So they are mushy,and after cooked,fried noodles are boiled in one tablespoon or cooking and sweet soy sauce and stirred. The color of the fried noodles is slightly brownish from being given sweet soy sauce, I make fried noodles for the whole family to eat.
Ingredients for making fried noodles for making fried noodles
- 1 pack of egg noodles
- 1 chicken egg
- 3 stalks of celery sliced long
- 2 scallion
- 1 tomato
- 5 pieces of cabbage coarsely chopped
- To taste salt,sugar,pepper powder.
Crushed material
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 5 cloves of red onion
- 2 pecans
Cooking step
Step 1, boiled noodle then drained stir the noodles with 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil set a side.
Step 2, stir fry the ground spices and stir until fragant,add the egg and then scran bled.
*Step 3, input cabbage,tomatoes, celery,add salt,sugar,pepper.
Step 4, add the noodles and mix well so that the spices are absorbed then remove and put on a plate and sprinkled with red onion.
