This time trying to make Tofu and Tempeh in bacem. Tafu and tempeh are made from soybeans, wich has gone trough the process. Making tofu and tempeh Bacem for the Java are is widely done, the taste of tofu and bacem has a sweet,savoy, taste and is delicious to eat.
Material used such as
- 1 plate of tempeh,cut according to taste,
- 1 large tofu
- 3 red onions,thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- 200 ml coconut water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar.
How to make
Step 1, put tofu and tempeh in a countainer,add coconut water and spices.
Step 2, boil with coconut water until the coconut water runs out, lift.
Step 3, fry the tofu and tempeh until brown, remove and serve. making tofu and tempeh bacem is simple.
