INGREDIENTES/INGREDIENTS

• 300 gramos de carne de res
• 1 cebolla
• 1/2 pimiento
• 3 papas
• 1 zanahoria
• 3 dientes de ajo
• 1/4 tallo de celery
• 1/4 taza de vino tinto
• Pasta de tomate
• Aceitunas
• Salsa de soya
• Sal, pimienta y orégano al gusto
• Aceite vegetal

• 3 potatoes
• 1 carrot
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1/4 celery stalk
• 1/4 cup red wine
• Tomato paste
• Olives
• Soy sauce

PREPARACIÓN/PREPARATION

Lo primero que haremos es cortar la carne en cubos y salpimentamos la dejamos reposar por una hora aproximadamente, luego en una paila colocamos un poquito de aceite y ponemos la carne a sellar y doramos por ambos lados y retiramos.

Luego lavamos bien los vegetales que vamos a usar y picamos en cuadros pequeños la cebolla y el pimiento; pelamos las papas y la zanahoria y la cortamos en cubos pequeños y en ruedas cortamos las aceitunas y en tiras el celery y picamos finamente el ajo.

En la misma paila donde cocinamos la carne ponemos la cebolla junto con el ajo al marchitar le colocamos el pimiento y el celery salteamos por 2 minutos seguido le agregamos la zanahoria y salteamos más o menos por 5 minutos.

Le agregamos la pasta de tomate, orégano , las aceitunas le colocamos nuevamente la carne.

Le agregamos la salsa de soya y vino agregamos un poquito de agua o caldo de carne o vegetales y seguimos cocinando, luego le colocamos las papas rectificamos de sal y cocinamos hasta que ablande.

Ya lista la carne servimos caliente acompañado con el contorno de nuestra preferencia yo serví en esta ocasión con arroz y aguacate para un plato balanceado.
