No-Bake Nutella Cheesecake

Ingredients

for 18 cm springform pan:

For crust:

12 oreo cookies
50g melted butter

For cheese layer:

500g cream cheese (Room temperature)
8 Tbsp Nutella

For decoration(Optional):

Ferrero rocher
Nutella
Hazelnut

Instructions:

• Remove the oreo filling, place the oreo cookies into a zip bag, crush the cookies with a rolling pin or with a food processor.
• Place the crushed cookies into a bowl, add the melted butter. Mix until well incorporate.
• Press the cookies crust into a bottom of a springform pan, chill for 15 minutes.
• In a large bowl mix the cream cheese with nutella until well combined.
• Pour filling into prepared crust.
• Smooth the top of cheese filling with a spoon.
• Chill for 4 hours.
• Decorate with melted Nutella and Chocolate ferrero rocher.
