Hello Foodies in Hive, how are you? hoping you had a great day this time. In this blog, I will share with you how Macdonalds tempted me for a dinner. Did you know Mcdonalds right? One of the biggest Fast Food Chains in the World.

As per one of the articles by Isider Monkey. Mcdonald's Corporation made a $94 billion of revenue this year, that makes him landed as the biggest Fast Food Chains in the world. (I do my research 😅).

Anyway, let's go back to how this biggest food chain enticed me. It was late night already when we reached the City of Cebu from the town of Compostela where our project site is located. Supposedly the travel time will only take one hour but we didn't anticipate the traffic that makes our travel a total of two hours. It's dinner time already, yet we are still on the busy road of Cebu, stuck in the traffic and hungry.

I take a nap in the service vehicle while waiting for the traffic to end, after a few minutes when I open my eyes, the first thing I saw outside the window is Mcdonald's !! Mcdonald's!! Mcdonald's!!. Da_m! men it makes me more hungry, I imagine their Burgers, Fries, and Fried Chicken while in the service vehicle at that time. Then when we reached the City and when the driver drop me near my house, I saw a McDonald's store on the street Corner, and there you go, my hungriness pull me towards the store and let my imagination earlier to be real.

Burgers, Fries, Fried Chicken, and Iced Coffee

I order the foods I crave earlier, Burgers, Fries, and Fried Chicken, and match them with Iced coffee for the drinks (so I will more alive later). There are few customers at that time since it's a little bit late already for a dinner. So it's just like I own the other area and eating my food peacefully and facing this wall with a motivational quote that hit my soul. " I want to grow, be strong and make my world Happy ". This a simple quote that reminds me why I'm here, working and living in this challenging world. I know a lot of you will be hit by this phrase cause I believe no one wants to be stagnant in a cold space of the world "the loneliness".

End with too much Drama. I almost finish my food and a few minutes, I'm about to leave when this Father and Son suddenly came and eat in front of the next table. What do you see in this Picture?. For me, it is a simple moment that this child will never forget. A bond with a father is special and memorable, a simple moment like this for sure will be a core memory of this child. Hoping my Father above will see this, I miss the bond with him.

I left the Mcdonald's Store not only because my stomach was full but also because I gained a spirit of encouragement my self and full of inspiration to continue what path I made for my future. This place became a place of encouragement that night for me.

Honestly, I don't usually eat in a Fast food Chain, I'm a Home cooked boy and I prefer to cook my meals. Yes man, I can cook, do its a simple dish but I love to do it. Maybe soon I can share some of the Filipino dishes I know. I think theirs a reason why Mcdonald's tempted me and bring me to this place. And I'm glad I got the message he want to convey to me.
