I'm back again after more than a week of not writing due to busy work at the office which makes me not have time to do anything.
today I want to share a recipe for a soupy snack made from pumpkin with the addition of sweet and savory coconut milk.

This fruit has benefits that are good for the skin and facilitate digestion.

with simple ingredients that are easy to find and don't make you lazy to look for them

because I will make small rounds like marbles with coconut milk.
My youngest sister loves to eat, and she is the reason why I often have to make food at home, instant food makes me unwell lately and I'm afraid it will happen to her too.
because pumpkin is good for health, so I will process pumpkin into snacks at home.
• 1 pillow of brown sugar
• 1 cup coconut milk
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 300 grams of rice flour
• 1 pumpkin
°first peel the pumpkin to taste then steam over medium heat until cooked and no longer hard then remove and cool.
°then puree the pumpkin and add the rice flour and stir the dough until well blended.
°then shape the dough into a round and small.
°after all the dough is finished in the shape.
°Furthermore, heat the water then add the brown sugar, wait until it boils.
°then enter the pumpkin balls that have been shaped one by one so they don't stick.
add the cornstarch after the water is slightly absorbed and stir until thickened.
°Mix 1 cup coconut milk with a glass of water. add enough salt and sugar and heat until boiling
Put the pumpkin balls in the container then flush with the coconut milk that has been heated. (cooler fresher)
Bath pumpkin balls are ready to be enjoyed.
