I had to cook for lunch using the ingredients that were left at home.
I cooked pasta with canned tuna that KOICA had sent to celebrate Korean Thanksgiving.
The rest of the ingredients were simple; olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano and tagliatelle.
These were all I needed.
It's really simple but I'll write the recipe down for my records.
The basic principles of cooking pasta start with boiling noodles.
When the water is boiling, add salt and boil the noodles for 9 to 10 minutes.
When the noodles are almost ripe, put olive oil in the pan and cook the chopped garlic over low heat.
When the garlic flavour is full of oil, add the tuna and fry together.
Put the tagliatelle together and fry on a high heat.
If necessary, add more oil and adjust the concentration with the remaining water from the tagliatelle.
When finished, sprinkle with oregano and serve on a plate.
This completes the tuna pasta... and it's time to enjoy the meal, Bon appetit! ;)
