Estoy hablando del antipasto que es de origen Italiano y significa: Antes de la Comida, seguramente nuestros antepasados lo aprendieron de un amigo proveniente de este hermoso país. El antipasto en casa lo acompañamos con galletas saladas, de soda o de agua. Ayer fue nuestra cena, se puede consumir frío o caliente.

PREPARACIÓN// PREPARATION.
Iniciamos nuestra preparación lavando y cortando todos nuestros vegetales en Juliana, para ser utilizadas desde la que necesita un poco más de cocción como lo es la zanahoria hasta la de menos cocción como el tomate.

Colocamos el sartén al fuego con un poco de aceite, y seguimos abriendo el atún que esta vez es aceite pero también se puede usar en agua lo cual se escurre, se incorpora a la sartén y seguido la zanahoria que es la que necesita más cocción, seguido los pimentones, la cebolla, el tomate y el perejil en este orden. Luego de un tiempo que ya los vegetales se marchiten pero estén aun crocantes se le agrega la salsa de tomate. Se deja que se integre con los vegetales y listo.
