INGREDIENTES:
- 1 coco.
- Medio papelón.
- 100 gramos de avena.
- 1/4 kilo de maní.
INGREDIENTS:

PREPARACIÓN:
- Picar el coco, quitar la concha y rallas.
- Coloca el maní en un caldero y ponlo a tostar, aproximadamente 10 minutos, tienes que estar pendiente, ya que se puede quemar.
- Después quita la concha y pon a licuar, solo el maní.
