Hola comunidad❤️ feliz tarde para todos, hoy les quiero preparar una ensalada super fácil si solo tienen estos 3 ingredientes en su casa, les cuento, !no necesitan nada mas! y si quieren comer algo ligero en la cena esta idea esta buena, así que quédense hasta el final y espero les gusten la ensalada y me den su opinión.

1 Pechuga de pollo
1 Papa Pelada
2 Huevos
Mayonesa

1 chicken breast
1 peeled potato
2 Eggs
Mayonnaise

SIGUIENTE PASO // NEXT STEP

Primero : Ya la papa la tengo pelada y lavada, entonces lo que haría es picarla por la mitad, llenamos 2 olla con agua, en una colocamos la papa, los 2 huevos y una cucharadita de sal y en la otra olla la pechuga de pollo y una cucharadita de sal también.

First : I already have the potato peeled and washed, then what I would do is chop it in half, fill 2 pots with water, in one pot we put the potato, the 2 eggs and a teaspoon of salt and in the other pot the chicken breast and a teaspoon of salt as well.

Segundo: Dejamos cocinar y al estar listo,lo pasamos a un plato y dejamos reposar 10 minutos. pelamos los huevos y empezamos a picar en pedacitos no tan pequeños, luego la papa y por ultimo desmenuzamos la pechuga de pollo en una taza.

Second: Let it cook and when it is ready, transfer it to a plate and let it rest for 10 minutes. Peel the eggs and start chopping them into not so small pieces, then the potato and finally crumble the chicken breast in a cup.

Tercero: Agregamos 3 cucharadas de mayonesa y una pizca de sal, removemos nuestra ensalada y servimos. Yo voy acompañar la ensalada con pan también pueden hacerlo con galleta Soda o como gusten. espero la preparen y la disfruten así como yo lo hice. gracias y saludos amigos, nos vemos en mi proximo post. 💕
